The Mareterra

Mareterra, which translates to "Sea and Land," is a residential project in Monaco designed by architects and landscape designers Denis Valodé, Renzo Piano, and Michel Desvigne. This eco-responsible residential project is located in the heart of the "L'Anse du Portier" district and represents the Mediterranean.

It is based on a peaceful atmosphere divided into several zones, including a pedestrian area, a lush park, a small harbor, residential and commercial areas, as well as a parking lot. The project is divided into six distinct zones:

  • Princess Gabriella Square: the main entrance of Mareterra, a true meeting place to enjoy the freshness of the reflecting basins.
  • Four Lances by Alexander Calder: a space dedicated to the modern sculpture of Alexander Calder, acquired by Prince Rainier and Princess of Monaco in 1966, symbolizing the power of nature.
  • Le Petit Portier: a relaxation area on the harbor surrounded by restaurants and shops.
  • The Pine Forest and the Valley: a peaceful and relaxing natural space.
  • Esplanade and Prince Jacques Promenade: a public waterfront area that reconnects you with the Mediterranean.
  • Larvotto Beach: Monaco's most popular beach.

The architecture of Mareterra is both elegant and refined, making it an exceptional project!

Mareterra includes four residential programs:

  • Le Renzo: a building shaped like a fragmented vessel, where every detail has been carefully thought out to allow water, air, and light to impact the reflected image of the architecture.
  • Les Jardins d'Eau embodies the beauty and elegance of the French Riviera, offering high-quality buildings with luxurious amenities such as a spa, fitness center, hair salon, swimming pool, and massage rooms.
  • The Villas: adding a touch of sumptuousness to the project, each villa has been designed and positioned in a well-defined manner.
  • The Townhouses: surrounded by trees and lush greenery, each townhouse features a patio that allows residents to enjoy the charm of nature.

Anchored in respect for the ecosystem, sustainability, and environmental conservation, Mareterra stands out as an exceptional project.
